The environment
In Ticketing is committed to preserving and rejuvenating the environment. We connect with green festivals, events, bands and initiatives from all over the world to diminish our collective carbon footprint and raise awareness of how all of us can help out as we go out to shows and events.

In 2003, In Ticketing partnered with Trees for the Future, an organization dedicated to regenerating the earth by planting trees. This organization has been helping communities around the world plant trees through seed distribution and agroforestry training. Planting trees protects the environment and helps to preserve traditional livelihoods and cultures for generations. In Ticketing has sponsored the planting of hundreds of thousands trees to date.

Green up your experience
When you buy tickets from In Ticketing, you have the option to help offset your environmental impact of attending the event by purchasing Green-e certified Renewable Energy Credits. Since July of 2007, In Ticketing has offset approximately 6,525,367 pounds of carbon dioxide (CO2) through the Green Ticket Program from Green Mountain Energy Company. To put this in perspective, that has the equivalent environmental impact of not driving your car over 7.2 million miles or taking over 580 cars off the road annually. Furthermore, this is equivalent to the annual sequestration of more than 390,000 trees or recycling over 16 million aluminum cans or over 2.6 million pounds of newspaper.
Community outreach
In Ticketing also created the Global Cooling Collective in 2003. GCC is dedicated to balancing environmental impact through a pledge to reduce the effects of global warming by planting trees. We combine our strengths with communities of concert goers around the world to create a healthier, more beautiful planet full of life and fresh air.
